What is the average production and delivery time?
Production usually takes 24-48 hours, and delivery depends on the customer’s location. For domestic orders, shipping takes 3–7 days, while international orders may take 7-14 days.
What happens if a product is damaged or misprinted?
If your customer receives a damaged or misprinted product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just raise a support ticket with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
